Summary: This position will oversee the upkeep and repair of facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety. This role involves managing maintenance staff, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train maintenance technicians and staff
• Schedule shifts and delegate tasks effectively
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
• Ensure all machinery and systems operate efficiently
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or manager
• Strong knowledge of building systems and mechanical equipment
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
