Requirements include:
- Connecticut bar admission with good standing
- Experience conducting real estate closings preferred, but not required
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management skills including the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours when needed
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
