Educational Requirements:
Minimum Associates Degree in Engineering, Science, or Quality Assurance; Prefer BS degree
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Quality Assurance, Prior experience in personnel management, Familiarity with the Automotive Industry
Description of Duties:
Manages the Quality Management Systems
- Acts as TS 16949/IATF Management Representative
- Acts as Customer Quality Representative
- Coordinates Management Reviews
- Administers Corrective/ Preventive actions
- Coordinates Internal Auditing
- Responsible for all Quality documentation
Manages the Quality Department
- Supervises Quality Lead & Inspectors
- Supervises Level One Lead & personnel
- Oversees quality hold area and non-conformance administration
- Oversees supplier quality
- Ensures all appropriate inspections/test are completed
- Coordinates and submits PPAP’s
- Coordinates all calibration/ R&R activities
- Other duties as assigned
