We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team supporting the Naval Aviation Warfare Center in sustainment efforts for Special Operations Forces and Naval Special Warfare (NSW) commands. As a key member of our team, you will provide project management support for level of effort tasking, working closely with a motivated team to maintain, repair, and modernize C5ISR equipment, including Next Generation Tactical Radios and classroom buildouts to support customer requirements for training development.
Responsibilities:
Provide project management support for C5ISR sustainment efforts supporting Special Operations Forces and Naval Special Warfare (NSW) commands
Work with a team located around the United States to support Naval Special Warfare, including maintenance, repairs, and modernization of C5ISR equipment
Utilize knowledge of specialized communications platforms, including combatant craft, L3Harris family of Falcon radios, and understanding of communication systems using all frequency bands
Travel required, including CONUS and OCONUS locations

This position is located in San Diego. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to San Diego or surrounding areas.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Knowledge of specialized communications platforms, including combatant craft and L3Harris family of Falcon radios
Understanding of communication systems and RF theory
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a military or defense-related environment OR Associate degree and at least 7 years of related experience
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement risk management plans
Ability to travel, including OCONUS locations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or M365 suite of applications
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
At least 10 years experience working with NSW commands
Knowledge of C5ISR systems and sustainment processes
Experience managing and conducting large scale maintenance efforts
Experience with Agile project management methodologies
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
