Job Description
The selected candidate will be working out of the SCRIF (Special Communications Rapid Integration Facility) at Webster Field completing numerous technical estimates to the Government Project Lead (GPL). Will work closely with sub-contractors compiling cost estimates, resource planning, providing overall project estimates for all SCRIF projects and reporting status back to the GPL. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in St. Mary's County, near to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High school diploma and at least 10 years of related work experience OR Associate degree and at least 8 years of related work experience OR Bachelor's degree at least 3 years of related work experience
Knowledgeable in production processes and procedures
Ability to solve problems and work with little to no direct supervision
Proficiency with MS Office
Ability and willingness to form, foster, and grow customer relationships with a newly acquired customer base
Proficiency with Microsoft Project
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience reading complex drawings
Calculating hours required per LCAT based off of drawings and minimal scope definition
Experience with SCRIF projects and customers
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $99410 - $168997

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
