Responsibilities
- Lead the line during service and keep ticket times on track
- Cook and plate food to consistent standards
- Maintain a clean, organized station (clean-as-you-go)
- Support prep, stocking, and shift readiness
- Communicate with kitchen front-of-house teams
- Help maintain quality, speed, and kitchen flow
