Bartender – Craft Cocktail & Beer Tap House

Backyard Tap House is hiring a Bartender / Server to join our team.

We’re a busy tap house with 32 craft beer taps, delicious cocktails, wine, and a fresh food kitchen. Our tap house uses a team service model where staff pour drinks, run food, and bus tables and help alll customers together.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and being part of a strong team.

Weekend availability required.

Pay: Hourly wage tips

What You'll Do

• Pour beer from our 32 tap draft system
• Prepare cocktails and pour wine
• Take food and drink orders using our POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to guests
• Check IDs and follow alcohol service regulations
• Provide friendly, attentive guest service
• Bus and reset tables
• Restock bar supplies and garnishes
• Keep the tap house clean, organized, and welcoming

What We're Looking For

• Bartending or serving experience preferred (but not required)
• Friendly personality and strong guest service skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Reliable and dependable
• Basic POS / computer skills
• Alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
