Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Super Duper standards
- Follow recipes and food safety procedures consistently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Support accurate and timely order execution
- Communicate clearly with team members during service
- Restock and prep ingredients as needed
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive team focused kitchen environment
Certifications
- Food Safety certification required
- If not currently certified, employee must complete certification prior to training start date
Physical Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to perform all physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
- Remaining in a stationary position up to 80% of the time
- Frequently lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Working in hot kitchen environments
