The Compensation Analyst 3 is responsible for taking the lead development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs on a global scale. This role is also primarily responsible for the management of internal and external job evaluations based on market data.

- Provides detailed analytical support for various compensation activities and programs
- Conducts statistical analysis, data modeling, and costing of pay programs, (i.e., salary planning, merit increases, structure movements, salary range development, variable pay, and incentive programs)
- Lead the merit cycle process
- Participates in compensation surveys; on-going market pricing of positions in order to determine market competitiveness
- Leads the job description/evaluation process and procedure by benchmarking new or changed job functions to the market
- Participates in various compensation-related projects which involve revision, development, and/or re-design of existing compensation programs
- These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- 8 years’ experience in Compensation
- CCP certification is a plus
- ADP Lyric experience
- Full knowledge of industry practices and complete understanding of compensation principles, concepts, and practices including compliance with state and federal laws
- Strong analytical & technical skills around survey data, ad-hoc reporting, compensation practices, policies and philosophies
- Good oral and written communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
