Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Concierge to cover overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
In this role, you will:
- Welcome and assist residents, guests, and visitors.
- Monitor building access and maintain security procedures.
- Respond to resident requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Report incidents or maintenance concerns when necessary.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout your shift.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Previous Concierge or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation
Pay: $17.30 per hour
