Maintenance Technician Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in residential buildings.
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs.
- Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Provide professional and courteous service to residents.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in residential building maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
