Role Overview-
As a Full-Time Stylist, you are a brand ambassador who brings the BA&SH vision to life through exceptional styling, client relationships, and sales performance. You create a memorable in-store experience that reflects our Parisian DNA while driving business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized styling experience to every client
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling and follow-up
- Drive sales and consistently achieve individual and store targets
- Curate complete looks that reflect the BA&SH aesthetic
- Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge, trends, and brand storytelling
- Support daily operations including merchandising, inventory, and visual standards
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
- Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and style
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in contemporary or luxury
- Strong sales skills with a client-first mindset
- Passion for styling and fashion trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
