Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Fashion Advisor based in the Southampton Area. As a Fashion Advisor, you will assist clients by providing expert fashion advice, ensuring a premium shopping experience, and fostering strong customer relationships. Day-to-day activities include advising clients on styling and product selection, maintaining knowledge of ba&sh merchandise, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales initiatives to achieve store goals.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting to assist customers in making curated wardrobe selections.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Proficiency in Sales and goal achievement, with a focus on meeting and exceeding store targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Previous retail or fashion experience is a plus, especially in luxury or high-end brands.
- Passion for fashion, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a welcoming environment.
