Objective of position:
The primary objective of the Executive Assistant is to support the Chief Operating Officer in maintaining and improving operational efficiency within and across the various corporations to ensure company goals are met. This includes scheduling meetings, travel, and calendar management. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will assist in providing HR support to the Idaho and California corporations.
Job Description

· Manage company vehicle flee
· Employee expense management & reporting
· Safety and compliance
· Assist with annual insurance renewals
· Maintain company insurance files by year
· Enroll company(s) with customer required compliance companies
· Maintain log of compliance companies and associated customers
· Process compliance renewals
· Calendar management staff reviews
· Calendar field staff reviews
· Work with management staff to ensure reviews are completed in a timely manner
· Update management employment agreements
· Ensure current/updated agreements are fully executed
· Assist in development and writing of job descriptions
· Assist in development and writing of training plans
· Assist with hiring advertising and recruitment
· Assist with management staff new hire on-boarding
· Maintain/update executive salaries sheet
· Enter/update new salaries and salary/hourly changes in accounting and 3rd party payroll software
· Process management payroll
· Administer the online onboarding process for field new hires
· Enter new hires into accounting
· Enter, track, and notify employees of garnishments and miscellaneous withholdings
· Upload employee hours into Employee Navigator monthly for benefit eligibility tracking
· Track health insurance eligibility
· Track 401k eligibility
· ACA compliance and reporting
· Administer open enrollments
· Enroll eligible employees in company 401(k) plan
· Update/maintain Employee Handbook(s)
· Ensure labor law posters are current and posted in California and Idaho locations
· Identify and utilize HR resources for continued growth
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
