BandS Machine Shop has an opening for general shop floor help and support.
This position is for general shop and grounds maintenance and could possibly lead to a production position within our company. (Production position is using machine tools to manufacture customer parts)
Daily task will include

Daily task will include
- Managing materials for recycling
- Emptying recycle barrels
- Keeping the shop clean
- Emptying trash barrels
- Running errands
- Maintaining Lube levels in our equipment
- Mechanical equipment repairs
- Production assistance
- Painting equipment as well as manufactured parts
- Disassembly and assembly of coupling assemblies
- Mechanically inclined
- Operate a forklift safely
- Lite welding a plus (but not required)
- Lite carpentry
- Dependable
- Dependable transportation
- Self motivated
- Willingness to discuss new projects and to follow plans and instructions
- Prompt
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Safety minded
- Ability to stay on task
- Desire for personal development advancement and development
