Production Machine Support Operator

Borusan Berg Pipe is one of the leading manufacturers of large-diameter steel line pipe in North America. We are a mid-sized manufacturer with three U. S. locations specializing in pipe production for the oil and gas sector. We are seeking full-time Production Machine Support Operators for our Mobile, Alabama location.

Compensation & Benefits

• $23.11 per hour
• Anniversary % rate increases at 1 year up to 8 years

Primary Duties

• Operate roll lines to transport pipe
• Operate mechanical tools, equipment, and devices including: standard hand tools, disk grinders, torque wrench, measuring tape, micrometer, dial indicator, calipers, pallet jack, lifting devices, motorized forklift, MIG welder, oxy/ fuel cutting torch, chisel, milling tool, robotic stenciler, Die Stamp gun, come-a-longs, coating blast caps, overhead crane, Track Mobile, and dunnage handling
• Operate area equipment and control panels
• Maintain adequate supplies necessary to perform assigned tasks
• Monitor and ensure equipment and tools are operating properly
  
  

Education & Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Heavy industrial manufacturing experience (Preferred)
