Location: Troy, Ohio
Reports to: Program Specialist & Program Director
Hours: 40 hours a week
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
$12.00 per hour OSOC

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Prefer every other weekend
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass drug testing

Detailed responsibilities:
- Assist individuals to achieve and exceed their personal goals based on their individual specific plan.
- Provide structure and create positive peer to peer relationships.
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene including bathing, feeding, dressing, etc.- if needed.
- Complete detailed, accurate documentation as assigned.
- Promote Community Inclusion for the individuals served.
- Help maintains & promote a safe and clean environment for the individuals.
- Must have good communication with management.
- Assist individuals to achieve and exceed their personal goals.
- Complete all documentation as outlined in support services as required..
