Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various paving, sealcoating and striping tasks on job sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to operate heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
Duties:
- Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, dump trucks, front loader trucks, and excavator
- Assist with paving, asphalt, and concrete projects
- Conduct general labor duties, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in paving and sealcoating is preferred
- Strong understanding of construction and maintenance processes
- Previous line striping experience a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans is preferred
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
