Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and willing to learn on the job while contributing to a positive team environment.
Duties
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including raking, shoveling, wheelbarrows, operate rollers, driving trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Must be able to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety standards.
- A valid driver’s license a must.
