What You’ll Do
As a key member of our commercial team, you’ll:
- Grow revenue by managing and developing customer accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed sales forecasts
- Provide technical guidance and accurate quotations for custom parts and materials
- Partner closely with operations and production teams to ensure orders are cost-effective and on schedule
- Maintain communication with customers from initial quote through delivery and beyond
- Stay current on material and fastener specifications to support customer needs and company profitability
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical requirements
- Proven success in technical or manufacturing sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
