Position Summary

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision components
- Check dimensions and materials to ensure finished parts meet specifications
- Monitor machine feeds and speeds during machining process
- Perform secondary operations as required
- Maintain accurate production paperwork
- Use consumable tooling responsibly
- Communicate machine or quality concerns to Lead or Set-Up Machinist
- Follow all safety procedures, including required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, machine guards)
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic understanding of CNC machine operations
- Ability to read blueprints and measure parts accurately
- Professional communication with supervisors and teammates
- Experience reading and understanding G-Code
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Good judgment in process decisions
Physical Requirements
- Manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 70 lbs
- Must wear required PPE
