1st Class Structural Welder — Day Shift

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced 1st Class Structural Welder for a shipyard in Bourg, LA. Candidates must be skilled in structural welding, reading blueprints, and fabricating vessel components safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3 years of structural welding experience
- Ability to read marine blueprints and drawings
- Experience with FCAW, SMAW, or MIG welding processes
- Able to pass a hands-on weld test
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Able to work overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- NCCER or welding certification
- Aluminum and steel vessel experience
- Gulf Coast shipyard experience
