1st Class Pipewelder
Location: Amelia, LA
Schedule: Day Shift | Full-Time
Summary
Seeking an experienced 1st Class Pipewelder with TIG/Flux pipe welding experience. Candidate will weld pipe and fittings according to construction drawings and specifications and must pass a hands-on 6G pipe welding test.
Must-Haves
- 3 years of TIG/Flux pipe welding experience
- Proficient in GTAW (TIG) and FCAW (Flux Core)
- Ability to weld pipe in the 6G position
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to pass a hands-on TIG/Flux pipe welding test
- Strong safety and quality practices
Preferred
- Shipyard, marine, or industrial pipe welding experience
- Experience welding various pipe materials and fittings
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
