Cleaning Technician – Reliable, Positive, Drama-Free Team (B&D Cleaning LLC)
Wayne County / Metro Detroit Area
Pay: $14–$22/hr (based on experience & performance)
Part-time to start, with opportunity for full-time

Pay Structure:
- Training Pay: $14–$15/hr
- After Training: $16–$18/hr
- Top Performers / Leads: $18
Training starts at a lower rate and increases quickly based on performance, reliability, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
- Residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, etc.)
- Airbnb turnovers (fast, detailed resets between guests)
- Deep cleans and specialty jobs
- Work independently or with a small team
What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic and self-motivated (no babysitting needed)
- Reliable transportation and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Able to work efficiently without cutting corners
What We Are NOT Looking For:
- No call/no show behavior
- Drama, negativity, or poor communication
- People who need constant direction
Training Process:
- Paid hands-on training provided
- Must be able to follow a checklist and cleaning system
- Performance is reviewed before moving to higher pay
