Verde Luxe Cleaning (www.VerdeLuxeCleaning.com) is looking for professional house cleaners—both part-time and full-time—across the Metro Detroit area, including Canton, Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Farmington, Farmington Hills, Garden City, Livonia, Northville, Northville Township, Novi, Plymouth Township, Romulus, Southfield, Van Buren Township, Wayne, Westland, Ypsilanti, Troy, Bloomfield Hills, Ann Arbor, West Bloomfield, Detroit, Redford, and Ypsilanti Township.

We are a locally owned business—not a franchise—and pride ourselves on offering cleaners above-average pay, often $25 /hour with tips and bonuses. You’ll have full control over your schedule, choosing when you want to work, while our team handles all customer communication, scheduling, and billing.

As an independent contractor, you focus solely on cleaning while we manage advertising, scheduling, client communication, and payments.

Start Date: Immediate (interview and background check completed in 3–7 days)

Pay: $525 – $1,100 per week

Work Location: On the road / In person

Responsibilities:

Perform routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services in residential homes

Clean floors, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and sanitize high-touch areas

Follow client instructions and ensure every job meets high standards

Work independently and manage time efficiently

Requirements:

At least 2 years of paid professional house cleaning experience

Fluent in English

Reliable transportation

Basic cleaning equipment and supplies (vacuum, mop, towels, etc.)

Willing to obtain General Liability Insurance (~$20/month)

Schedule Options:

Day shifts only — no nights

4, 8, or 10-hour shifts

Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends

Choose your own hours
