As a Team Lead you are responsible for driving company vehicles, managing your team and overseeing the quality of each client on your schedule.

What we are offering:
- $15.00 - $17.00 per hour starting pay
- 35-40 hours per week
- TIPS and opportunity for additional bonuses

Job Requirements of Team Leader & Cleaning Technician
- 18 years of age or older
- Detail oriented and takes pride in exceptional customer service!
- Be able to work independently if needed.
- Possess a valid Driver's License, Car Insurance & reliable transportation.
- Physical energy and stamina to clean multiple homes per day with other team members. Be able to lift 30 pounds. The ability to move light furniture. Be able to bend & clean on your hands and knees.
- Willing and able to work in homes with pets.
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Be authorized to work in the US and provide a Social Security number.
We are looking for people that are interested in long term employment & would like to grow within the company. We will be looking to promote staff who possess strong leadership skills to accept larger roles as we expand.
Our business is based out of Chesterfield, MI. We currently service all (but not limited to) the following areas - Chesterfield, New Baltimore, Algonac, Richmond, Macomb, St. Clair Shores, Grosse Pointe,Royal Oak, Birmingham, Bloomfield, Troy, Rochester, Shelby Twp, Washington & Romeo.
