Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Dallas, TX. The Sales Associate will provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in discovering and selecting high-end furniture to suit their needs. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing quotations, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves maintaining store presentation and product knowledge to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Relationship skills, including experience in retail and residential sales
- Promote sales and the ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Product knowledge in high-end furniture or design, with a passion for interior design and aesthetics
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively understand customer needs and articulate solutions
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple customers and transactions
- Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale systems [ Showedy Oracle ] and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in out of the ahowroom
- Prior experience in luxury or designer brands is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
