Handles dissection and tissue removal, models professional behavior, and mentors team members.

Qualifications: Completion of a surgical technology or assistant program, active certifications (e.g., CST, TS-C, CSFA, CSA), and ongoing education.
No prior experience required; military or prior employment as a surgical tech considered.
Skills & Certifications: Maintaining certifications, mandatory continuing education, and knowledge of surgical techniques.
