- Providing quality nursing care to patients to promote their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments and updating care plans accordingly.
- Supervising and providing clinical guidance to C N As and LPNs on a daily basis.
- Implementing department policies, goals, and procedures.
- Delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Diploma in Nursing (associate’s or bachelor’s degree).
- Active RN license in applicable state, maintained in good standing.
- Preferably at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification upon hire and ongoing during employment.
- Strong reasoning, judgment, and communication skills.
- Competitive starting wage of $42.50/hr with shift differential of $3 for evening/night shifts.
