- Provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses.
- Administer therapies including physical, occupational, and speech therapy to maximize patient recovery and functional independence.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Work independently in a high-stress environment while ensuring patient safety and quality care.
- Current Tennessee or Multi-State RN licensure with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
