Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
- Assess and monitor residents' conditions and report changes appropriately
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents
- Current RN license in the state of Tennessee
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
