We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Lactation Consultant to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate lactation programs and services.

- Providing direct support and education to patients, staff, and the community on breastfeeding and lactation.
- Assessing patient needs—physical, psychosocial, and age-specific—and developing individualized feeding plans based on current research.
- Serving as a resource and mentor to healthcare team members, promoting evidence-based practices, and participating in program development, policy creation, and clinical research.
- Supporting community education initiatives and participating in continuous professional development.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree and current RN license.
- Certifications: BLS and IBCLC.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Mother/Baby/Nursery settings; clinical or classroom teaching experience is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking, cultural competence, and group facilitation skills.
