Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Full Time

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs in collaboration with the care team. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions; develop and execute care plans.
• Coordinate patient care, prioritize daily activities, and document assessments and interventions.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and active RN license.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
