Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
- Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate families on health issues
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
- Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development
- Mentor and support other nursing staff, uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards
- Support shared governance and organizational goals
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
