Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, patient-centered care across various inpatient units, including Medical‑Surgical, Orthopedics, Cardiac, and Cardiac Neuro.
Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care using the nursing process, evaluate and coordinate care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, adapt to different workflows and acuity levels, and ensure quality outcomes in line with organizational standards.
Qualifications: Completion of an accredited nursing program, active RN license in Arkansas or a compact state, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred candidates have two or more years of critical care experience.
