Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, patient-centered care across various inpatient settings, including Medical‑Surgical, Orthopedics, Cardiac, and Cardiac Neuro units.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver care, evaluate and coordinate care provided by team members, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and adapt to different workflows and acuity levels.
Qualifications: Completion of an accredited nursing program, active RN license in Arkansas or a compact state, and BLS certification. Experience in critical care is preferred.
