- performing head-to-toe assessments,
- prioritizing patient needs through triage,
- monitoring hemodynamic status,
- evaluating and managing pain,
- collaborating with physicians,
- responding quickly to changes in patient conditions.
- current NV RN license,
- 2-3 years of ER or critical care experience or extensive EMS background,
- current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (PALS and ACLS within 6 months),
