Responsibilities include
- delivering direct patient care
- performing head-to-toe assessments
- evaluating patient outcomes
- coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- prioritizing care based on physical and psychosocial needs
- communicating with physicians about patient status
- responding to changes in patient conditions
- utilizing triage protocols for timely care
- educating patients and families on pain management
- minimum 2 years ED experience
- current RN license
- BCLS certification
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
