- Reconciling medical records for accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Evaluating patient responses and adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team for effective planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; specialty experience preferred.
- Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
