- Reconciling medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluating patient responses and adjusting interventions to meet care goals.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- At least 1 year of RN experience; specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
