Requirements:
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role is a critical finance role, reporting directly to the Director, FP&A. The successful candidate will partner closely with leadership across all disciplines, including finance, sales, operations, and controllership to support the budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis processes.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses, comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts.
- Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Partner with Director, FP&A on internal forecasting reviews and cadences across the organization
- Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the organization’s forecasting and planning processes
- Support the preparation of monthly financial packages for Senior Management with key metrics and commentary to communicate the organization’s financial position and guide strategic decision-making
- Develop trends or other ad hoc analyses to test forecast assumptions and understand risks and opportunities to the forecast.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance required.
- 5 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in FP&A/Accounting/Finance
- Operational experience with JD Edwards, Hyperion, and Data Access Studio preferred.
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (including ability to mine large sets of data) and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
