As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis you are responsible for leading financial reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, financial statement analysis, payroll oversight, audit coordination, regulatory filings, and financial planning and analysis activities. The Manager oversees development of financial models, departmental reporting, cost allocations, and board-level financial presentations. The position also serves as a key liaison for external audits and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance and financial integrity.
How you will Contribute:
- Support preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Oversee budget and forecasting processes and timelines. Support budget and forecast planning and review meetings with departments and leadership.
- Oversee budgeting system administration, including setup, maintenance, and data integrity.
- Oversee payroll preparation and processes.
- Support month-end close processes through general ledger review and targeted account reconciliations
- Develop and perform monthly cost allocations to product lines.
- Develop and maintain organizational financial statements in Martus.
- Generate and review department-level financial statements, providing insight into performance trends and risks.
- Prepare financial presentations and conduct training sessions for leadership and staff.
- Lead annual audits for U.S. and international entities. Holds full responsibility for preparation and coordination of Form 990 and other regulatory requirements and filings. Serve as liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Answer and resolve inquiries regarding accounting processes and financials. Provide accounting support for research projects.

- REQUIREMENTS
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Corporate Finance
- 3. Proven experience in FP&A including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- 4. Hands-on accounting experience and involvement in financial close
- 5. Demonstrated strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical capability
- 6. Ability to be a hands-on operator with an ownership mindset, confidential communicator, and able to influence at all levels.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2. Possession of CPA
3. Experience managing finance or accounting staff
4. Experience with Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and/or Martus.
