At Azura Living we are transforming the culture of care and we need a passionate hands on Maintenance Director to protect our residents and team while creating a space everyone loves calling home. You will report directly to the Executive Director and oversee both day to day maintenance and long term facility upkeep.

What You Will Love About This Role
Hands on daily work including repairs maintenance HVAC plumbing electrical snow removal and safety upgrades
Lead and support the housekeeping team
Manage vendors and ensure quality timely completion of work
Use your carpentry painting and technical skills to maintain a safe welcoming environment
Make a direct visible impact on residents safety and comfort every day
What You Bring
Two plus years hands on facilities maintenance experience mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver license clean driving record and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours
Bonus certifications in HVAC electrical or plumbing
