- Dive in daily with hands-on repairs, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, snow removal, and safety upgrades
- Lead and develop your own housekeeping team
- Oversee vendors and make sure every job is done right and on time
- Use your carpentry, painting, and equipment skills to keep our community looking and feeling amazing
- Enjoy the satisfaction of knowing your work directly protects and delights our residents
- 2 years hands-on facilities maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working flexible hours
- Bonus: Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
