Job Overview
The Will Call Representative is responsible for efficiently and accurately ensuring orders are fulfilled for customers who are picking up rentals in person. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a secondary role, confirmation specialist is responsible for confirming all upcoming orders and insuring details are correct and payments are received for all orders including delivery and will call.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Retrieve and prepare orders for customer pickup
2. Verify customer identification and ensure accurate order fulfillment
3. Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
4. Manage and maintain accurate records of orders and inventory
5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
6. Maintain a clean and organized Will Call area
7. Call and / or email all upcoming orders based on a schedule to confirm order, details and payment
8. Communicate with sales regarding any discrepancies in upcoming orders based on confirmation
9. Alert management with any customer, coworker or inventory concerns
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager
*Requirements:*
1. High school diploma or equivalent required
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders
5. Ability to lift and carry minimum 25lb objects
6. Basic computer skills and knowledge of ticketing or inventory management systems

1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field
2. Knowledge of ticketing or inventory management systems preferred, but not required
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
