Job Title: Office Operations Assistant (Part-Time, Level 2)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Level 2 Officer to support daily operations. This role includes running company errands, assisting with vehicle upkeep, and supporting field and office needs. This position may also provide coverage for vacant daytime shifts as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Run company errands as assigned
- Assist with company vehicles (inspections, washing, basic upkeep)
- Check on vehicles and ensure readiness for use
- Support installation of cameras and equipment at sites
- Assist with building and setting up office furniture
- Provide coverage for open/vacant daytime shifts when needed
Schedule:
Tuesday 10am - 3pm
Thursday 10am - 3pm
Sometimes Fridays
Requirements:
- Active Level 2 Security License
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift/move equipment and furniture
- Flexible schedule (daytime availability preferred)
- Dependable and able to work independently
