Job Details:
- Positions: Customer Service Representative – Work from Home (Local to Mason, OH)
- Training Dates: December 2–18, 2025
- Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Virtual)
- Work Schedule (after training): Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Start Date: Monday, December 1, 2025
- Temp-to-Hire: Eligible for conversion after 90 days (based on performance and business needs)
- Equipment Pickup: Required at Mason, OH Service Center on December 1
Responsibilities:
- Provide multi-channel customer support (phone, email, and chat).
- Handle inquiries regarding benefits, billing, and general customer issues.
- Deliver professional, clear, and empathetic communication at all times.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns using internal tools and resources.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow through to resolution.
- Meet departmental goals for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA privacy and security standards
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience (Healthcare or Insurance experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, and web browsers)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Stable work history (at least one job held for 1 year or longer)
Must be able to pick up company equipment from Mason, OH
Must be able to visit the office if equipment needs troubleshooting
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
