HOURS: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: No travel required

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Front Desk Customer Service position is responsible for entering and updating data in the Case Management System for the Common Pleas Criminal Desk division with accuracy and timeliness. Key responsibilities include processing motions, entries, probation violation warrants, and courtroom capiases, and scanning court documents into the system. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service to court personnel, judges, outside agencies, and the public.

50% DATA ENTRY
- Enter all information from judicial entries and other court documents into the Case Management System.
- Verifies information provided and ensures accurate completion.
- Process all entries, warrants/capiases, from common pleas courtrooms and probation department.
- Scans judicial entries, and all other court documents into the Case Management System
- Provides exceptional customer service when communicating with court personnel, other outside agencies, and the public in person, by phone and through mail and/or email correspondence
- Communicates with judges and court personnel to clarify and confirm data.
