What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager (Product Marketing + Program Management) position at Azaaki Healthcare?
Job Title: Marketing Manager (Product Marketing Program Management)
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 11 months
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who will work at the intersection of Product Marketing Management (PMM) and Program/Project Management (PGM). This is a hybrid role critical to advancing Google Search marketing initiatives, supporting product launches, and executing consumer events.
This role will initially focus on program and project management tasks, transitioning into more strategic product marketing ownership. It requires strong B2C product marketing experience, consumer event management, and an ability to build scalable marketing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program/Project Management
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with an initial focus on event preparation (e.g., Google I/O and future large-scale consumer events).
- Manage cross-functional processes such as script sharing, demo coordination, creative reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Product Marketing
- Develop and establish processes for highlighting hero use cases for Google Search features.
- Create prioritization frameworks to assess and prepare Search features for go-to-market activities.
- Feature Prioritization
- Lead efforts to evaluate, structure, and prioritize Google Search features to optimize external communications and consumer impact.
- Event Leadership (Future Opportunity)
- Potentially lead the marketing program management for major external events in late 2025 and early 2026.
- Hands-on Product Marketing (Optional, if Bandwidth Permits)
- Contribute to mini-feature launches within Search (e.g., Translate, Entertainment, Recipes) by developing naming, messaging, and consumer-facing materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Approximately 7 years of combined relevant experience across Product Marketing and Project/Program Management
- Proven B2C product marketing experience (consumer-focused naming, messaging, go-to-market strategy)
- Strong marketing-related program/project management experience (especially around marketing events or campaigns, not purely tech projects)
- Experience with large-scale consumer event management (preferably events with 1,000 attendees, such as Google I/O, Apple events, Microsoft conferences)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to AI-related projects
- Background in integrated marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing (nice-to-have, not core)
- Experience developing scalable marketing frameworks and guiding cross-functional teams
