About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join the Cloud AI team, contributing to the Agent Space project. This hybrid role in Austin, TX, offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, agile environment focusing on cutting-edge AI initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to deliver enterprise-level UX solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, prototype, and iterate on complex enterprise user experiences across backend and frontend workflows.
- Collaborate across multiple functions, facilitating discussions and managing project momentum.
- Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs leveraging Figma and design systems.
- Lead and participate in portfolio walkthroughs, presenting the rationale behind design decisions.
- Work independently, providing consistent updates and owning project deliverables and timelines.
- Quickly adapt to project needs and shifting priorities to meet tight deadlines.
- Transform complex backend systems into simple and intuitive front-end interfaces.
Top 3 Skills:
- 6–8 years of experience as a UI/Interaction Designer, with a strong focus on enterprise and AI-related projects.
- Collaboration and Facilitation: Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams and facilitating project progress.
- Figma Design Expertise: Strong Figma design skills and familiarity with industry-standard design tools, ensuring efficient delivery of design solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 years of professional UX design experience (more senior candidates are welcome).
- Expertise in interaction design; visual design skills are a plus.
- Hands-on experience in Figma and working with design systems.
- Direct experience working in AI environments (required) and Cloud platforms (preferred).
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and self-management capabilities.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating complex UX projects with a focus on enterprise and AI solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
